When Will My Order Ship?
Regular orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders for new releases, product launches, promotions, and personalized/customized items are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will be processed the following business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.
Incorrect Address
HappyPlanGirls Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information before completing their purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages marked as delivered. Please contact your postal carrier or shipping provider directly for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Dominican Republic, Spain, Brazil, France, New Zealand, and Australia.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your destination country. HappyPlanGirls Designs is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
