Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because many of our products are customized or made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If there is a problem with your order (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), please contact us at hello@happyplangirls.com within 3 days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier). Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges & Store Credit To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email within 2–4 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Products Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Reach out to us at hello@happyplangirls.com if you need assistance with the claim process.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
