When Will My Order Ship

Regular order process time is 3- 7 business days and orders for new releases, product launches, promotions and  personalized/customized items process time is 5 - 7 business days. Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. You will receive an email for your order confirmation and another email notification when your order has shipped.

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays.

Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time (MT) will be processed the following business day.

Incorrect Address

HappyPlanGirls Designs is not responsible for orders that get delivered to incorrect addresses. It is the buyers responsibility to verify that the shipping information is correct prior to completing the order/purchase.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost to have the order re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

I am not responsible for lost/stolen items or packages marked delivered after being picked up by or dropped off at the post office. Please contact your postal carrier and/or the shipping services used.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Dominican Republic, Spain, Brazil, France, New Zealand and Australia.

Keep in mind International shipping is expensive for us and we will do our very best at getting you the lowest cost possible.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HappyPlanGirls Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
