Refund Policy

All sales are final. Our studio includes many items that are customized. There are No refunds for any items in our store, However if there is a problem with your order please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery (delivery date provided by carrier),include your order number.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your item/s within 2-4 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are NOT responsible for damaged items in the mail. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you will file a claim with carrier. Please email us and let us know if you need additional assistance with the claim process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or Personalized Items. 
  • Items that have been opened, used or damaged.
  • Final Sale Items.
  • Gift Cards.
